Hard to tell what it is in there. It’s definitely swapped something.

With the placement of that radiator and the tube front subframe, it could be a Vtec swap.

It’s kind of a mess tho. The holes drilled in the front wing for more radiator airflow, the wipers parked on the paint, the broken front clamshell hinges, the fender flares that were made for a later car (with a side marker) but no side marker.

I’m also curious what the hood scoop is for, since the air filter appears to be in the grille opening.
